I am ready to launch my Yoga for Vibrant Aging program more widely which I have been working on since last year developing content and videos that are available online.
I want the content to reflect real issues related to the experience of aging related concerns and joys. The content will be releasing very soon.
The program will be focused on aging related concepts and how to gain and maintain health and ease throughout our years. After all, we are all having a birthday this year and what we do now can set the stage for how we feel and move with each passing year. It’s never too late to think about it. Let’s face it, time is a big factor and I want the program to honor the time you have available so that you can make the most of it and still enjoy life.
On top of practicing yoga therapy, I’ve been studying movement therapy for 2+ years. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with you. I’ve incorporated related movement modalities into using the tools of yoga to make movement enjoyable, easeful, and most of all practical.
